Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

I have worked as a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist in the NHS and in the private practice for over 6 years. I see children from the age of 6 until 18.

I am passionate about helping young people and their families deal with the challenges of mental health as well as other complexities that young people are faced with.

My specialised training in Systemic Therapy and family dynamics has enabled me to develop a bespoke approach to support parents and families with complex needs and to be able to work with the entire family to provide interventions for everyone involved.

I provide bespoke Parental Psychoeducation, including the management of difficulties related to ADHD, ASD, Learning Disability, Conduct Disorder and Behavioural and Emotional Difficulties.

I am aware of how important it is to provide a safe and encouraging space for my patients and their families. I believe in having a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to create a therapeutic relationship that will enable my young patients to feel comfortable, listen to and help them to move forward and thrive.
